Contents
From ControllingWiki
Contents are the substance of all communication processes. They are crucial to the addressee in the process of picking up and understanding information and therefore they decide if communication takes place at all. Contents are selected by the media from the abundance of available information according to professional selection criteria and as a result the agenda of the platform responsible for forming public opinion and decision-making processes is created. The added value analysis of communication can never take place without relation to its contents, which can be though - given its complexity and dynamics - empirically captured only to some degree.
